Midweek holiday home bookings commence 4pm Monday until 10am Friday. Keys are available on the day of arrival from 4pm to 8pm only. All guests please report to Reception on arrival. We reserve the right to re-let if keys have not been collected by 8pm, or by arrangement.
Provisional telephone bookings must be confirmed with full deposit within 7 days (£75 per week, £50 per weekend/midweek). Bookings made less than 28 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to re-let if a deposit is not received within this period.
Please bring your own sheets, pillowslips and towels. However, we can provide bed linen by arrangement.
The balance of the full account must be paid and cleared if paying by cheque 28 days prior to arrival.
On receipt of your initial payment we will send confirmation by our balance of account invoice within 7 days.
Whilst we take every precaution to ensure our accommodation is in proper order, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents that may occur. If for any reason we are unable to supply the accommodation booked, we will offer an alternative or, if this is impossible, refund deposit/hire charges.
Only certain holiday homes have been allocated to guests bringing dogs. Dogs must not be left unattended in our holiday homes at any time, and should they foul on the park they must be cleaned up after.
You may wish to insure your holiday. This entitles you to a refund of monies paid, except the insurance premium, in the case of cancellation. The premium for touresr, motorhomes and tents is £40, payable at time of booking.
Insurance covers actual illness, death or accidental injury occurring to the hirer or any member of the party included in the reservation and named on the booking form. Cover is also extended to jury service or as witness in a court of law.
Notification of a claim must be made before 12 noon on the date of arrival;A doctor’s medical certificate or other evidence will be required to show cancellation was unavoidable; Only members of the party named on the booking form are covered;
Insurance is operable from time of booking and ceases on occupation of holiday home.In the event of holiday cancellation, refunds will only be given to insurance-covered customers.
