BRONZE 1

One bedroom holiday home ideally situated to a couple, with shower, fitted kitchen and lounge diner,.  Couls sleep four.  14" colour TV, CD/DVD player, cooker, microwave and gas fire.  With veranda.

BRONZE 2

(Pet Friendly)

Older but well appointed two bedroom holiday home, with shower room, fitted kitchen and lounge diner,.  Sleeping up to six, 14" colour TV, CD/DVD player, full size cooker, microwave and gas fire in lounge.  Full size veranda.

BRONZE 3

(Pet Friendly)

As Bronze 2 holiday home but larger units with the added benefit of a third bedroom for the larger or mixed family.  Sleeping up to six, with all the Bronze 2 equipment.  With fully fitted veranda.

SILVER 2

(Pets NOT permitted)

First class 12' wide two bedroom holiday home.  Newer and more spacious than the Bronze range.  Sleeping up to six, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, full size cooker, microwave and gas fire in lounge.  Full size veranda.

SILVER 3

(Pets NOT permitted)

As Silver 2 holiday home but larger units with one double and two twin (or one double, one twin and bunks).  Sleeping up to six, with all the Silver 2 equipment and veranda.

GOLD 2

(Pets NOT permitted)

Super deluxe top of the range two bedroom 12' wide holiday home.  One double (some en suite) and one twin bedroom.  Sleeping six, with a flat screen Nicam stereo TV, CD/DVD player.  Some with the added benefit of a 14" TV in the double bedroom.  Double glazed and heated throughout.  Full size veranda. 

GOLD 3

As Gold 2 holiday home but larger units with one double and two twin.  Sleeping up to six, with all the Gold equipment and third bedroom, would suit the larger or mixed family. 

FARM VILLA SILVER 2

The oldest of our twin units but sited overlooking our slipway and the Cree estuary.  Two bedroom cabin sleeping 4 with an open plan lounge diner/kitchen.  With flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, with 14" TV in both bedrooms.  Single glazing.

Farm Villa SILVER 3

A rustic villa with outstanding views.  Three bedrooms sleeping 6 with an open plan lounge diner/kitchen.  Double glazed and central heated with equipment as per F.V Silver 2.

The ultimate in luxury.  Three bedroom cabin with breathtaking views of the bay and beyond to the Isle of Man.  Sleeps six with three separate bedrooms and an open plan lounge diner/kitchen, it is finished to a high standard and has flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, with 14" TV in all three bedrooms.  Central heated and double glazing throughout.
