Touring Conditions

Hire Periods

Touring caravan and tent bookings commence 3 pm on any day until 12 noon on the day of departure. They can be made for any period of time, but we would ask you to try to keep to the arrival and departure times.

Bookings and Confirmation

Provisional telephone bookings must be confirmed with deposit of one night’s fee. The balance is to be paid upon arrival.

Dogs

We ask all our guests to show consideration for others by keeping dogs under control and cleaning up after their animals should they foul on the park.

Insurance

You may wish to insure your holiday which entitles you to a refund of monies paid, except the insurance premium, in the case of cancellation. The premium is £35, payable only with your booking deposit.

Coverage:

Insurance covers actual illness, death or accidental injury occurring to the hirer or any member of the party included in the reservation and named on the booking form. Cover is also extended to jury service or as witness in a court of law.

Conditions:

Notification of a claim must be made before 12 noon on the date of arrival;A doctor’s medical certificate or other evidence will be required to show cancellation was unavoidable;Only members of the party named on the booking form are covered;Insurance is operable from time of booking and ceases on occupation of pitch.

Cancellation

In the event of holiday cancellation, refunds will only be given to insurance-covered customers.

and Finally…

You must ensure that children in your party are properly supervised at all times. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the park if the behaviour of any member of the party is unacceptable to us. We will refund the appropriate proportion of the charges you have paid.We expect you to comply with the terms of our caravan site licence which is on display at the park and to follow the usual customs of good camping and caravanning.We seek to provide the best in family holidays, and so we are, therefore, unable to accept bookings from single sex parties.As we are in a continuous process of development, we reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions, facilities and programme without notice.Information is correct at the time of going to press.
